K.KARATHEODORI SA has concluded a program contract with the Municipality of Komotini for the administrative support of the Municipality of Komotini and the Social Partnership of Rhodopi in the framework of the implementation of the Food and Basic Material Assistance Program. Specifically, the subject of the program is:
• The coordination of the acts and actions of the project
• The administrative support of the Municipality of Komotini and the project partners
· The support of the Municipality of Komotini in the financial monitoring of the project
· The administrative support of the municipalities of Rhodopi – partners of the Social Partnership of Rhodopi
· The monitoring of the Operation through the “OPS”, as well as the execution of all the tasks required in the context of the operation of the Information System and the requirements of the Project Management System
· The regular communication with the managing authority of the Program «E.I.E.A.Δ», but also the respective ministry
· The preparation and submission of expense and progress statements, project and sub-project datasheets, monthly, semi-annual and annual datasheets and reports. The general implementation and execution of any administrative obligation arising from the Managing Authority of the program within the project.
· Monitoring the implementation schedule of the project
· Coordinating the implementation of the accompanying measures of the program
· Informing the potential beneficiaries of the program
· The diffusion of the actions of the Program
· Networking with other Social Partnerships
